These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Globe Go Travels website and the purchase of travel services through our agency. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming any reservation.
All bookings made through Globe Go Travels are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we issue a confirmation number or ticket. You must provide accurate passenger information as it appears on government-issued ID. Any discrepancies may result in denied boarding or additional fees.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit, and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, fees, and surcharges are included where indicated.
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier — airline, hotel, tour operator, or cruise line. Some bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. Globe Go Travels does not charge additional cancellation fees, but supplier-imposed penalties apply.
Globe Go Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages caused by suppliers, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Kelowna, BC.
